A responsible contact can be added to show a client’s primary connection, e.g. their sales agent or account manager.
Internally, it could be used to indicate a line manager.
- In the navigation sidebar, go to Contacts > All Contacts
- Scroll, search, or filter to find the contact you want to update
- Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of their username
- Select Update Responsible Contact
- Click the Select Responsible Contact field to search and filter through available contacts
Optional:
- add additional assigned clients in the Contacts field
6. Click Submit to finish
